Brief.
We were tasked with arranging an extravagant year-end function for our client, Nucleus Supply Chain, which included suggesting "wow" venues, organizing transport, stage set-up with branding and AV, catering, entertainment, and an after-party.
Objective.
Our responsibilities included proposing and visiting suitable gala dinner venues, contract and cost negotiation, menu selection, branded AV set and screen design, furniture hire, event photographers and DJ arrangement, and selection and ordering of event decorations and supplies.

The event was a success with well-furnished tables and an appealing setting. A DJ played music while guests danced on the terrace after a delicious meal, ending the memorable evening in style.
